At Tudor Oaks, we are encouraged by the positive changes taking place in our community and the declining number of COVID-19 cases.
As changes take place, please be aware we must continue to follow many existing COVID-19 related protocols and guidelines set by Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), along with State and local departments of health.
In an effort to best limit health risks for residents and staff members, friends and family visiting loved ones in our community are required to be screened and wear a face mask.
Should new directives be implemented, we will update our website with new information. For specific COVID-19 related information and updates, we will be contacting residents and their representatives directly.
