Update 11-16-20:

Tudor Oaks is pleased to share that during our recent COVID-19 testing no residents tested positive. We are still monitoring a number of residents in the health center but anticipate they will no longer need to be under observation by next week. Per CMS guidelines we will continue testing all health center residents every 3 – 7 days or as symptoms arise and notify residents and resident representatives.

Resident safety remains our top priority and we are doing everything we can to stop the spread of COVID-19 at our campus. These steps include staying in very close communication with local and state health officials, implementing appropriate safety precautions and rigorous cleaning and sanitizing throughout the community.

Due to the number of positive cases in Waukesha County all staff members, prior to entering the campus, go through a health screening and are tested for COVID-19 twice a week. Any employee testing positive will remain off campus until cleared through the health department.

We will continue to update our website as needed and be in direct contact with residents, resident representatives or family members per CDC guidelines. Please know that we are strictly adhering to all directions from the state health department.

If you have questions you can contact me, Jeanne Piccione, Executive Director, at Tudor Oaks Senior Living Community.

Sincerely,

Jeanne Piccione, NHA
